to the Appropriation
Recognizing the fundamental role of Human
Dimension in the creation of value, our services are conceived and
carried out to improve the individual and collective Appropriation of
the Change.
Generally, we can define the Change
Management like the whole of the actions allowing to guarantee the
conditions of the social feasibility (representative organizations) and
human feasibility (individuals) of the Change.
Thus, these actions must aim, while being
centered on the Human Capital, to support the Appropriation of the
Change by a majority of the concerned population. This is why, it is
necessary that :
- The Projet Team implementing the Change
Device, integrates the elements of human feasibility and
is coached to conceive an integrated Project Management
- The actors concerned must understand the
stakes of the Change
- These people appropriate the practical
methods of the Change Implementation
- The Management is able to relay
the communication regarding the Change
and is coached to assume this role
